EncryptoTel: Past year result and plans for 2020
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to our users, investors and all members of our community! 2019 is almost over and we would like to recall everything that we achieved last year.
2019 was a very busy year for our team. We have been actively working in all areas — from technical development to marketing promotion and direct sales and interactions with our users.
- The main event of this year for us we consider the preparations for the opening of a network of physical sales offices for EncryptoTel franchise and white label. Offices are open in several cities of Russia at once. With their help, we can get a more detailed response to our business ideas and products from the main target audience of our services — small and medium enterprises, many of which are new to technical innovations in the field of telecommunications, which means we have the opportunity to occupy an empty niche and offer companies a convenient, inexpensive and reliable product. In 2020, we will continue to develop a branch network.
- EncryptoTel successfully passed a security audit from a third-party company — Group-IB, the well-known leader in the cyber security market. We made sure that no matter how thorough the analysis of application security systems inside your company is, the prerequisite for creating reliable applications is a third-party audit. Based on the results of the audit, which took several months, Group-IB testers gave us a detailed report on all of the errors and vulnerabilities found, with recommendations for their elimination, which we have already applied. We were pleased to see that cybersecurity specialists were not able to detect any critical vulnerabilities. This means that we had already created a fairly reliable and safe product at the stage of our own testing.
We continue working with Group-IB in the direction of security testing of our virtual PBX, because reliability, confidentiality and security are our key priorities when working with users.
- We have significantly expanded the list of our business clients. They actively use our virtual PBX with a high level of usability and security. Thanks to our close interaction with them both through the sales and technical department, we were able to quickly see and recognize the needs of our users and launch the demanded services on our platform. So, during the year we were working on a new web client, that will make it possible not only to manage a personal account, connect new extensions and phone lines, but also make calls. We have also updated the billing system and began to work on call detailing, which will allow us to further introduce call analytics with various filters to improve analysis and understanding of the sales structure.
- We have expanded and strengthened our sales department with new highly professional employees. The EncryptoTel team has replenished with new members who share our view on the future of telecommunications and are ready to work for the result, so that EncryptoTel receives well-deserved recognition in the market. We are glad to see that employees with burning eyes came to us, dedicated and convinced that confidentiality is what any business needs. We are confident that in 2020, the sales of EncryptoTel telecommunications products will show even more rapid growth despite the highly competitive environment in which we operate.
